Release of Admit Cards for JEE (Main)-2026 Session-1: Important Details

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the Joint Entrance Examination (Main)-2026 Session-1 at different centres located in various cities throughout the country and 15 cities outside India. The schedule of release of Admit Cards for this examination is as follows,

This notice is specifically for candidates who are scheduled to appear in the examination on 21, 22, 23, and 24 January 2026. These candidates are required to download their Admit Cards from the official website, ensuring that their OR Code and barcode are available on the Admit Card while downloading.

Key Details and Dates for JEE (Main)-2026 Session-1

• The examination is scheduled to take place on 21, 22, 23, and 24 January 2026.
• Admit Cards for Paper 1 will be released from 17 January 2026, in two shifts: First Shift (09:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon) and Second Shift (03:00 P.M. to 06:00 P.M.) (Indian Standard Time).
• Admit Cards for Paper 1, Paper 2A (B. Arch), Paper 2B (B. Planning), and Paper 2A & 2B (B. Arch & B. Planning both) scheduled for 28 and 29 January 2026 will be released in due course.
• Candidates are advised to visit the official websites of NTA (www.nta.ac.in) and (https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/) for the latest updates.

Steps to Follow for JEE (Main)-2026 Session-1 Admit Card Download

1. Visit the official website https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/
2. Download the Admit Card for JEE (Main)-2026 Session-1 (January 2026) for Paper 1.
3. Ensure that the OR Code and barcode are available on the Admit Card while downloading.
4. Bring the photo ID as uploaded in the online application form and mentioned in the Admit Card for proof of identity.
5. Read the Subject-Specific Instructions and other instructions mentioned in the Question paper carefully.
