1. Visit the Official NTA Portal: Navigate directly to the official NEET NTA website at https://neet.nta.nic.in/.
2. Locate the Refund Link: On the homepage, look for and click on the prominent link titled "Bank Account Details Confirmation / Updation."
3. Log In Securely: You will be prompted to log in. Use your Application Number and Password to access your candidate dashboard.
4. Complete Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): For your security, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter this OTP to complete the authentication process.
5. Access Bank Details: Once logged in, click on the bank account details button displayed on your screen.
6. Choose Your Action: You will be presented with your previously submitted bank details (if any). Now, choose one of the following options:
   • ​Confirm Existing Details: If the displayed Bank Account Number and IFSC Code are absolutely correct, simply tick the provided checkbox to confirm their accuracy. Then, click on the "Confirm bank details Button."
   • Update / Enter New Details: If the details are incorrect, incomplete, or were not submitted earlier, click on the designated "click here link." You will then need to meticulously enter the correct Beneficiary Name, Bank Account Number (re-enter for confirmation), Bank Name, and IFSC Code.
   • Opt for "No Refund": If, for any reason, you do not wish to claim the refund, you can select the "No Refund" option. (Note: Candidates who previously opted "No Refund" can also use this window to change their option and provide bank details.)
7. Upload Supporting Documents (If Updating): While editing or updating your details, you may be required to upload a scanned copy of a cancelled cheque or the first page of your bank passbook. Ensure this document clearly shows your account number and IFSC code.
8. Submit Your Form: After confirming or updating all details and uploading any necessary documents, ensure you click the "Submit" button to finalize your request.
