CORRECTION IN PARTICULARS OF JEE (MAIN)-2026 SESSION 1 NOTICE

National Testing Agency (NTA) Announces Last-Ditch Opportunity for JEE (Main) 2026 Session 1 Applicants

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued a public notice to address the numerous representations from candidates seeking an opportunity to edit or modify their particulars in the online application form for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main-2026 Session 1.

In response to the interest of students, NTA has decided to provide one last chance for the candidates to correct the details in their online application form for JEE (Main)-2026 Session 1. This window will enable candidates to avoid any hardships associated with the current application form.

• Correction Timelines: The online correction facility will be available from 01 December 2025 (up to 11:50 P.M.) to 02 December 2025 (up to 11:50 P.M.)

• Fields Open to Correction: Candidates are allowed to modify the following fields in their online application form:

  1. Mobile Number

  2. E-Mail Address

  3. Address (Permanent and Present)

  4. Emergency Contact details

  5. Photograph of Candidate

  6. Candidate Name or Father Name or Mother Name

  7. Class 10# equivalent details

  8. Class 12/ equivalent details

  9. State Code of Eligibility

  10. Examination City Selection

  11. Medium of the Examination

  12. Date of Birth

  13. Gender

  14. Category

  15. Sub-category/PwD (If not verified by UDID Portal)

  16. Signature

  17. Aadhaar details

  18. Identity details (Only for candidates who registered with identity other than Aadhaar)

• Additional Fee Information: If any correction results in an additional fee, candidates must pay using Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI

• Important Dates: Last date for submission of online application for JEE (Main) 2026 Session 1 is 27th November 2025 and there will be no further extension
