The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released an urgent public notice regarding the NEET (UG) 2026- Examination on 21st June 2026- Download of Admit cards. NTA is conducting the NEET (UG) 2026 re-examination on June 21, 2026, and is actively reaching out to all registered candidates to ensure they secure their new hall tickets in time.

As per the latest updates released on 20th June 2026, NTA has identified that a few candidates have still not downloaded their admit cards as of 7:00 PM on June 20, 2026. To facilitate a smooth, transparent, and fair examination process, the agency has even pushed the admit cards directly to candidates' registered WhatsApp numbers, alongside regular SMS and email alerts. Candidates are highly encouraged to log in to the official portal immediately to print their updated admit card.

• Crucial Rule: The admit card from the previous exam held on 3rd May 2026 is strictly invalid for entry into the re-examination hall on 21st June 2026. Only the freshly issued admit card for the June 21st exam will be accepted.

1. Visit the official NTA NEET portal at https://neet.nta.nic.in/.
2. Click on the designated link for "Download Admit Card for NEET (UG) 2026 Re-examination".
3. Enter your login credentials (Application Number, Date of Birth, and Security Pin) as registered.
4. Verify all information on the screen, including your assigned examination center details.
5. Download and print a clear, color copy of the newly generated Admit Card.
6. Carefully read all instructions printed on the Admit Card and make sure to carry it along with valid ID proof to your designated exam centre on 21st June 2026.
