The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the press release declaring the Final NTA Scores for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2026 for Paper 2A (B. Arch) and Paper 2B (B. Planning). The Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India, has entrusted the NTA with the responsibility of conducting the JEE (Main) since 2019. For the Academic Session 2026-27, the examination was conducted in two sessions: Session 1 on 29 January 2026 and Session 2 on 07 April 2026.
JEE (Main) – 2026 Session 2 for Paper 2A and Paper 2B was conducted in a single shift across 584 unique examination centres in 319 Cities, which included 15 international cities: Manama, Doha City, Muscat, Riyadh, Sharjah, Singapore, Kuwait, Kuala Lumpur, Kathmandu, Abu Dhabi, West Java, Washington, Lagos, Munich, and Dammam. To ensure wide accessibility, the examination was offered in 13 languages, including Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
The final scores released represent normalized values calculated using a standard formula to ensure absolute fairness across shifts. Now that both sessions have concluded, the final ranks have been determined by considering the best of the two NTA Scores achieved by candidates in either session, in line with the established NTA ranking policy.
